Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Digital University, Bangladesh (December 10,2019-Continuing)

I’ve joined the country's first specialized government digital university, Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Digital University, Bangladesh (BDU) in december 2019.

Presently, I’m working here as a lecturer in the department of Information and Communication Technology(ICT) under the Faculty of Engineering. Besides, I’m serving here as the Head(in-charge) of the ICT department from July 12, 2020.

Daffodil International University(DIU), (May 2, 2016- December 9, 2019)

I worked at Daffodil International University for about three and half years in the department of Computer Science and Engineering, with a research interest in Machine Learning, Big Data and IoT. Under my supervision the project entitled “IoTSAMS: A Novel Framework for Internet of Things (IoT) Based Smart Attendance Management System” was awarded as one of the top 5 research projects in DIU ICT Carnival, 2018.

Alongside teaching, I was also a student advisor. This role has helped me diversify my teaching career by strengthening my inner personal skills and allowing me to become a good mentor.

Throughout my journey at both BDU and DIU, I’ve taught several courses such as Object-Oriented Programming, Database Management Systems, Algorithm, Discrete Mathematics, Web Engineering, Basic courses of the Internet of Things, etc.

What I’m working on

Currently I’m working on developing a Secured E-Transcript System Based on Blockchain Technology to achieve a confidential and controllable scheme for sharing students’ academic records.
